Congratulations to Ryan Lambert who won a Gold Medal in Mobile Audio Installations at the SkillsUSA National Championships in Kansas City, Missouri on June 26. Ryan is a student of David Senasack. Ryan is one of only six Texas high school students to win a gold medal at Nationals (Texas SkillsUSA). Also representing the state of Texas at Nationals were Deanna Craig (Electronics Applications), Alex Angus (Telecommunications Cabling), Isaac Romo (Advertising Design), Todd Baldwin (3D Animation), and Kyle Barnes (3D Animation). Congratulations to these six students.
The Dale Jackson Career Center is closed for the summer. At the end of July, Mr. Strong will be on duty from Monday through Thursday. Teachers will have staff development starting on August 17 and the first day of the new school year will be August 24. He hope everyone has a save a relaxing summer break.
All high school campuses have completed their registration process for the 2009-2010 school year. . There are a limited amount of openings for the DJCC classes and we hope that you want Dale Jackson in your future and you will be selected. If you are not selected, we encourage you to make sure you are on your school's waiting list and also send the Dale Jackson teacher a note.
