All students should have received a Dale Jackson Student Handbook during the first week of school. Exact policies and procedures are listed in the handbook. Additional handbooks are available from the front office. Here are some important sections from our handbook:
Beepers/Pagers/Mobil phones
Students may possess a cell phone or pager. But, they may not use them during the school day. At DJCC we will define the school day from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Other schools may have different times. Students who obtain information for homework assignments, tests, or other class activities, in a dishonest way (copying, cheat notes, etc.) will be given a zero for their assignments.
